Abstract：The Summary of a talk on crop-fields into tree-woods，deeply analyse about the rights and interests and its perfect countermeasure，Policy Guidance＋Market Structure＋Science Method＋Farmers will，Reasonably dispose countermeasure and rights and interests of Turning crop-fields into tree-woods. Transfer farmers passion and respect farmers creations. Set a new system of repayment for the balance of nature. Set a new system of the rights of woods and managing methods. Set the new system of turning crop-fields into tree-woods. Transfer the productive form and supply special local economic.
