林纸结合的有关思考

摘　要：我国的纸浆结构中木浆比重偏低，而林业没有造纸这一最大用户的支持，现状不容乐观，从这个矛盾出发，阐述林纸结合的经济基础和生态基础，并提出林纸相互依存、共同发展及妥善处理政府、木材税费和企业改革之间的关系等三点建议。

Thoughts of Combination between Forest and Paper
