季孔庶 王章荣 陈天华 王明庥 摘 要:用生长调节剂处理5年生江西吉安种源马尾松插穗,发现先用S3307后用IBA无效,先用IBA后用S3307使扦插成活率成倍提高,首次以木本植物为材料佐证了植物生长调节剂的阶段性促根作用理论.单独使用时,IBA最适浓度为200mg.L-1,S3307最适浓度为100mg.L-1.最佳处理为自制的复配调节剂M1和M2,M1和M2通过提高插穗内源IAA,降低iPA、ABA和GA1+3和内源抑制物??黄酮类MI3、MI5、MI6,减弱IAAO活性,使插穗生根率由对照的34%提高到90%和84%,侧根数、不定根数、最长不定根长和根总长等4个生根性状显著增强,有利于培养无性系壮苗. and Environment, Nanjing Forestry Un iversity ,Nanjing 210037, China) Abstract:Root-inducing treatments was used in cuttings from five years old ortets
of Pinus massoniana Lamb. from Ji′an in Jiangxi Province. First S3307
later IBA treatments had no effect on raising root r ate. The fittest
concentration of IBA was 200 mg.L-1 and
S3307 was 100 mg.L-1. Of all
the treatments, regulators M1 and M2, compounded by the
author, were the best. They could raise the level of endogenous IAA,lo wer the levels of
iPA、 ABA、GA1+3 and root inhibitors (MI3, MI5 and
MI6, they were all flavoniods), and also weaden the activity of
IAA-oxidase (IAAO) .As a result, the root rate was raised from 34 percent (CK)
up to 90 and 84 percent respectively. And the sum of adventitious root and
branch root, the l ength of the longest root and the total length of the roots,
were notabely rais ed.Therefore, strong stecklings of Pinus massoniana Lamb.
