区域森林资源结构调整的原则

摘　要：可持续发展是人类长期的共同目标，森林可持续经营是在国家可持续发展战略指导下的森林经营，其实质是调整森林利用与保护的关系.该文运用可持续发展的研究方法，结合我国正在进行的森林资源结构调整和林业分类经营，提出了森林资源结构调整的原则，即综合决策原则，保障生态区生态系统完整性的原则，环境合理性、经济可行性和动态性原则.

Principles for regional forest resource structure adjustment

Abstract：Sustainable development is a long-term and common goal for human being.Sustainable forest management is under national sustainable development strategy,and its nature is rational adjustment of forest harvest and conservation.The paper suggests some principles for forest structure adjustment,named principle of integrative decision-making,principle of safeguarding ecosystem integrality of physiographic region,principle of environmental rationality and principle of economic feasibility and dynamic.
